The tk99 login system is protected with SSL encryption, keeping your personal information and funds secure at all times.

How to keep your account secure

tk99 does everything it can to protect you, but keeping your account safe also depends on you. Follow the tips below to protect your personal data.

Use a strong password

Choose a password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid easy-to-guess numbers like your date of birth.

Never share your password

Do not give your login details to anyone. tk99 staff will never ask for your password at any time.

Log in from your own device only

Avoid logging in from public computers or shared WiFi networks whenever possible. Use your own phone.

Change your password regularly

Changing your password every one to two months keeps your account more secure. Do not reuse old passwords after changing.

Watch out for phishing

The official tk99 URL is tk99.surf. Some lookalike sites may exist, so always check the URL and only log in through your bookmarked link in your browser.

What to do when you can't log in

If you have trouble logging in, check the solutions below. Most issues are simple to fix.

Incorrect Username or Password

Check whether Caps Lock is on when entering your username. If your password contains uppercase letters or numbers, enter them exactly as set. If you can't remember it, check the methods listed on the FAQ page.

Network Connection Problem

Check that your internet connection is working. If you're on mobile data, try switching to WiFi — or if you're on WiFi, try mobile data instead. Restarting your router may also help.

Browser Cache Problem

Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again. If that doesn't work, try logging in with a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Browser).

Account Temporarily Locked

If your password is entered incorrectly too many times, your account may be put on a temporary hold for security. If this happens, contact our team right away via 24/7 Live Chat — we'll assist you in Myanmar language.
