1 Membership Eligibility Requirements

To use tk99's services, the following eligibility requirements must be met —

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Minors may not use the platform in any way.
• You are responsible for verifying that online casino use is legal in the location from which you are accessing this website.
• You must access tk99's services through your own personal account and may not access the platform on behalf of another person.
• The information you provide in your account registration form must be accurate and genuine.
• tk99 reserves the right to refuse service to users accessing from strictly prohibited countries or regions.

tk99 may carry out membership verification checks at any time and reserves the right to suspend an account if it is found to be ineligible.

2 Account Creation and Management

You should have your own personal account to continue playing on tk99. Your account obligations are as follows —

2.1 — One Account Per Person Policy

Each individual is allowed only one tk99 account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. If a violation of this policy is found, the accounts and any associated funds may be forfeited.

2.2 — Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) private and must not share them with anyone. You are considered fully responsible for all casino activity, deposits, and withdrawals made on your account.

2.3 — Unauthorized Access

If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].

2.4 — Account Verification (KYC)

You can complete verification by submitting proof of Myanmar citizenship (National Registration Card or passport). Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Personal data collected through KYC is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

At tk99, transfers can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The following limits apply—

• Minimum deposit — 5,000 Ks (by any method).
• Minimum withdrawal — 10,000 Ks.
• Withdrawal processing time — generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• The account name used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on your tk99 account.
• Funds that include bonus money may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Funds must come from a payment source linked to your own account; third-party transfers are not permitted.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same method used for the original deposit. If fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering is detected, tk99 may investigate and temporarily suspend the account.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

Claiming promotions at tk99 is subject to specific terms and conditions that must be met—

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus (up to 300,000 Ks) is awarded on your first deposit. Withdrawal of bonus funds is only available after a 20x wagering requirement has been completed.

Example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 60,000 Ks. Before withdrawing, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks.

4.2 — Bonus Restrictions

• Each bonus may only be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the bonus period, the bonus will expire and any amounts already wagered will not be refunded.
• If bonus fraud or linked accounts are detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

4.3 — Referral Promotion

Under the Refer a Friend program, you will receive 8% of your referred friend's first deposit as a bonus (up to 10,000 Ks per person), plus a weekly commission of 0.3% of your referrals' qualifying bets.

5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk99 platform—

• Using any computer program, bot, script, or automation tool of any kind.
• Deliberately linking bonuses to exploit them (bonus abuse).
• Conducting money laundering.
• Creating more than one tk99 account to play (multi-accounting).
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes (collusion).
• Hacking the platform site for unauthorized access.
• Attempting to damage the reputation of the platform.

If any of the above activities are detected, tk99 will conduct an investigation, and if confirmed, the user's entire remaining balance will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

6 VIP Tiers & Cashback Program

tk99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Tiers advance based on play volume and loyalty—

• Bronze tier — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver tier — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold tier — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

Cashback is given as bonus funds and is calculated based on losses according to set conditions. Cashback amounts and periods may change, and tk99 reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

tk99 puts the wellbeing of players first and strongly encourages responsible gaming—

• Gaming should be for entertainment only and must not be relied on as a source of income.

8 Service Suspension and Closure

tk99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close the service in the following circumstances—

• A breach of these terms and conditions is found.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud is detected.
• Fraudulent documents are presented during KYC verification.
• Access is found to originate from a restricted region or country.
• A request is made by a legitimate authority (legal investigation).

If you wish to close your account yourself, you can request this by emailing [email protected]. In that case, any valid remaining balance of at least 10,000 Ks can be withdrawn, excluding bonus funds.

9 Personal Data and Security

Personal data collected by tk99 will not be sold or shared with third parties, except for fraud investigations.

10 Limitation of Liability

The tk99 platform is not responsible for gaming losses resulting from network issues, server failures, or problems with your own device. Game results are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play, but users must understand that every game carries the risk of loss.

11 Amendments to Terms
